DST has partnered with former Kansas City Royals shortstop and World Series hero, Buddy Biancalana to offer Perfect Mind - Perfect Motion. Every athlete has had the experience of playing in a game when everything seems to slow down, they are not thinking, and their motion feels very fluid, effortless, and powerful. And of course their performance is at their best. Typically these experiences happen by chance but PMPM teaches the processes in the mind that allow these kinds of experiences to happen by design.
Many players feel great in practice but cannot bring that same level of excellence into a live game. This program will teach you how to have the same level of freedom when it counts the most. Some PMPM clients include Red Sox infielder Nick Green, Hall of Famer George Brett, the St. Louis Cardinals, and two-time US Open golf champion Lee Janzen.
The introductory price is $899 and includes three 1 hour sessions and 7 internet videos and conference calls. If after the first session you are not completely satisfied, you will receive a full refund. All of the work takes place in a cage or on a mound.
