DST S.P.E.E.D is a program exclusive to DST, designed to put athletes through an intense regiment of speed and power drills, designed to lay the building blocks to improving overall speed, power, and athleticism. This program is designed for boys and girls of all ability levels who are between the ages 9-13 years old.

This program meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:30 - 5 PM for two weeks.

All Speed, Strength, and Conditioning programs will be run by our Director of Performance Enhancement, Josh Champney. Josh is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Along with working in the fitness and athletic development field for several years, Josh also brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience needed to fully develop every aspect of the modern day athlete.
